We are very proud that CFS Finance has won our first Employer of Choice Award! We entered the category for companies with less than 200 employee’s and received the Silver Excellence Award! They looked at all aspects of our Growing Great People plan as well as the information and survey results we have on company culture, vision, leadership and employee satisfaction.
